AI Launch Suite

A Roman fabrica was the workshop where a trade was set up. The Launch Suite sets up yours: the website customers find, the plan that reaches them, and the AI tools that help with the work.

Your website, your go-to-market plan, and your AI operations, built together and working before launch day.

Request the Launch SuiteAsk a launch engineer

Launch Kit, $5,000: brand, website, go-to-market, and agents for leads and bookings, with 30 days of support. Full Suite, $15,000: all four modules, with 60 days of support.

A Launch Diagnostic fee paid in the last 30 days is credited in full.

Is this for you?

  • Founders who want the website, the marketing, and the operations built as one project
  • Service businesses, practices, shops, and small online businesses launching in the next few months
  • First-year businesses whose website and sales process are holding back growth

The problem

A website alone does not bring in customers.

A new business needs a site that takes requests, a plan that reaches buyers, and a way to answer every lead while the founder does the work.

Bought separately, those are three projects with three vendors, and they rarely fit together on launch day.

How we work

Four modules, built together, in your name.

We build the brand and website and the go-to-market kit first, so you can take requests and start outreach. Then we set up the AI operations and your founder workspace.

Every page, email, and agent waits for your approval. Each agent starts in approve-every-action mode, and you decide when it may act on its own.

What gets built

The four modules.

The Launch Kit includes the first two and two starter agents. The Full Suite includes all four.

  • Website

    Five to eight pages

Home, offer, pricing, about, and contact, with forms and booking.

  • Website

    Domain and email

Registered and set up in your name.

  • Go-to-market

    Buyer and offer

A buyer profile, an offer page, and a lead magnet.

  • Go-to-market

    First outreach

Your first 200 prospects and outreach emails you approve.

  • AI operations

    Lead and booking agents

Sorting leads, drafting replies, and booking calls. In both editions.

  • AI operations

    Quotes, FAQs, and follow-ups

Draft quotes, answers from your own pages, and outreach follow-ups. Full Suite.

  • Workspace

    Your AI assistant

Set up with your offer, prices, and procedures.

  • Workspace

    Weekly dashboard

Leads, calls, and revenue, by where they came from.

What you receive

Brand and website

A name and domain check, a wordmark, and a five-to-eight page website with forms, booking, analytics, and business email. You own the domain, accounts, and code.

Go-to-market

A buyer profile, an offer and pricing page, a lead magnet, a 30-day content calendar, your first 200 prospects, and outreach emails you approve.

AI operations

In both editions: an agent that sorts leads and drafts replies, and a booking assistant on your site. The Full Suite adds a quote generator, an FAQ assistant, and outreach follow-ups.

Founder workspace (Full Suite)

An AI assistant set up with your business context, prompts for your recurring jobs, written procedures, and a weekly dashboard of leads, calls, and revenue.

How it works

  1. Plan

Start from your Launch Card. The scope and the fixed fee are confirmed in writing.

  2. Build

Website and go-to-market first, then AI operations, with a review each week.

  3. Approve

You approve every page, email, and agent before it goes live.

  4. Launch

Go live, with 30 days of support for fixes and questions.

What handover includes

Common concerns

What founders ask before they sign.

Your approval
Nothing is published or sent under your name without it.
Running costs
Hosting, email, and AI subscriptions are listed before you sign and billed to you.
No revenue promises
We build the tools and the plan. Results depend on your market and your offer.

Who does what

Who approves, who builds, and what the AI does.

Your team

  • Approve the plan and fee
  • Approve every page, email, and agent
  • Provide your logo, photos, and offer details

Initium

  • Build the website and kit
  • Set up the agents and workspace
  • Hand over every account
  • Support you for 30 days

Afterward

Where founders go next.

Most take one of these routes. You choose, and nothing starts without your approval.

  1. Run it yourself

Everything is in your name, with notes for each tool.

  2. Keep it moving

Launch Operations maintains the agents and adds content each month.

  3. Add a module later

Start with the Launch Kit and add the rest of AI operations when leads arrive.

Before you start

What to have ready.

  • Your Launch Card, if you have one
  • Your logo and photos, if any
  • A list of people who might buy first
  • An hour a week to review and approve

Who does what

You approve. We build. The AI drafts.

Every agent starts in approve-every-action mode, and you decide when that changes.

  • You, the founderApprove the plan, every page and message, and each agent before it goes live.
  • Initium engineerA Sophrono engineer who builds the website, the agents, and the workspace.
  • AI toolsDraft copy, pages, prospect lists, and replies, always for a person to review.

What accepted means

You approve each module before launch.

  1. You approve every page, email, and post before it is published or sent.
  2. Each AI agent runs in approve-every-action mode until you choose otherwise.
  3. The domain, accounts, and code are in your name at handover.
  4. Launch support for fixes and questions from launch day: 30 days with the Kit, 60 with the Full Suite.

Questions

Which edition do I need?

The Launch Kit covers brand, website, go-to-market, and agents for leads and bookings. The Full Suite adds full AI operations, the founder workspace, and longer support. Your Launch Card recommends one.

Can I keep my existing website or brand?

Yes. The Launch Card prices only the modules you need, and we build on what you have.

What do the tools cost after launch?

Hosting, email, and AI subscriptions are billed to you by each provider. The Launch Card lists each one before you sign.

Do I have to start with the Launch Diagnostic?

It is the usual start, because it sets the fixed price. If your plan is already clear, request the suite here and we scope it by email.
