FUNDAMENTUMfun-dah-MEN-tum
Launch Diagnostic
Roman builders laid the fundamentum before a single wall went up. The Launch Diagnostic does that for a new business: the offer, the buyer, the first sales channel, and a fixed price for the build.
An engineer builds a first draft of your homepage, prices the rest of your launch, and walks you through both.
$750, fixed. Credited in full toward the Launch Suite if you sign within 30 days of the consultation.
You keep the draft homepage and the Launch Card whether or not you go ahead.
Is this for you?
- Founders with an idea, a working name, or a first customer, and no website yet
- People leaving a job to start a service business, a practice, or a shop
- First-year businesses that need customers more than another software subscription
The problem
A new business needs ten things at once, and a founder can price none of them.
A website, a domain, business email, an offer page, a list of buyers, outreach, booking, and replies to every lead. Each one has a vendor, a subscription, and a learning curve.
Most founders either buy them one at a time or put the launch off. Neither tells you what the whole launch costs, or what to build first.
How we work
A draft first, then a priced plan.
Before we meet, an engineer spends one hour with AI tools building a draft homepage from your intake. You see your offer on a real page before you spend more.
In the consultation, we walk through the draft and a one-page Launch Card: your offer, buyer, price, first channel, the modules you need, the build order, and a fixed price.
Who books it

Common situations, not past client work.

Cleaning, organizing, repairs, or landscaping, in one area.
- Retail

What you receive
An hour of build on your launch
Before the call, an engineer uses AI tools to build a draft homepage from your intake, on a private preview link.
A one-page Launch Card
Your offer, buyer, price, first sales channel, the suite modules you need, the build order, and a fixed price.
A 60-minute consultation
We walk through the draft and the card, answer your questions, and agree what to build first.
Work you keep
The draft homepage and the card are yours, to build on with us or with anyone else.
How it works
Intake
A short form on the business, the buyer, and what you have already.
Letter
An engagement letter by email. Payment is by invoice after you sign it.
Build
One hour of AI-assisted build on your homepage, before the call.
Consult
Sixty minutes on the draft and the Launch Card, with a fixed price for the rest.
What the Launch Card contains
A plan you can act on, with a price.
One page, written from your intake and the consultation.
- Offer and buyer
- One sentence on what you sell, and to whom.
- Price and channel
- Your starting price and the first channel to reach buyers.
- Modules
- Which parts of the Launch Suite you need, and which you do not.
- Build order and fixed price
- What gets built first, and what the whole build costs.
Common concerns
What founders ask before they sign.
- Your ideas stay yours
- The intake, the draft, and the card belong to you, whether or not you go ahead.
- Advice in its lane
- We cover the website, marketing, and AI tools, not legal, tax, or financial questions.
- No revenue promises
- The card plans the launch. It does not forecast sales.
Who does what
Who approves, who builds, and what the AI does.
Your team
- Fill in the intake
- Bring your questions to the consultation
- Decide whether to go ahead
Initium
- Build the draft homepage
- Write the Launch Card
- Lead the consultation

Afterward
Where founders go next.
Most take one of these routes. You choose, and nothing starts without your approval.
Build the launch
Sign the Launch Suite within 30 days, and the diagnostic fee is credited in full.
Build it yourself
Take the draft and the card, and build with any tools you choose.
Wait
Keep the card until the timing is right. The plan does not expire.
Before you start
What to have ready.
- What you sell, and to whom
- Your price, or a range
- Any name, logo, or website you already have
- Your launch date, if you have one
